4. Ahold of matter far more than you teach , be prepared to get a more capable students in addition to students who are slow .
5. Begin to learn the correct time . Say hello and ask students to conditions warmer atmosphere and not rigid . Spread the view to all students so that they feel be concerned existence .
6. Unconscious students will benefit their learning will follow by relating them to the real problem or matter that has students know .
7. Sure students have mastered the material by giving oral or written test questions briefly in early learning. 
8. Provide an overview of the competencies that students must be under their control, the learning activities they would do, and the tasks that they will work
