Lesson plans is the first cycle of a professional learning process. Lesson plans are  made by teachers before teaching. But when teaching a lot of teachers who do not make lesson plans. Quality of teacher learning when to use lessons plans will be very good.
Lesson plans are a separate document from the syllabus. Because if the syllabus and lesson plans into a single, automated strategies in lesson plans to be unchanged. In fact, the strategies and lesson plans vary depending on the creativity of teachers as well as the condition and capability of students. Lesson plan created for each basic competence in a syllabus. If the math class the first half of the two elementary schools there are three basic competencies. Then the math teacher had made seven lesson plans in one year. I think that plans is not a tough job for teachers. Lesson plans are very important. Before doing the learning the teacher must have to make lesson plans. If no learning will take place incorrectly. There are a number of benefits for teachers who make a lesson plans, include:

1. lesson plans on the level of competence is automatically recorded and archived.
2. lesson plan will be the provision of teachers and can be used the following year.
3. quality teachers when teaching will be controlled and recorded in the report.
4. quality of learning in the classroom will increase and can be measured.
5. teachers will have time to plan a lesson on the topic of good and interesting topic.

There is no reason for teachers not to make lesson plans. Teachers who do not make lesson plans will be left behind. Without lesson plans students will not get the benefit of learning. Teachers also will not get a professional degree. The teacher will feel the emptiness in teaching. Though teaching is a very pleasant thing. But if it is planned and will get better results. So let us always learn to make good lesson plans. Thank You
